My husband and I were working with a different realtor prior to meeting Kim, and we’re getting very frustrated with the home buying process. Once we started working with Kim, our experience was so much more positive! She is very kind, caring, responsive, knowledgeable, and actually listened to our wants and needs. We reached out to Kim after a few months of searching on our own and figuring out what area we wanted to move to.

She was on the ball the whole time, always prompt and very knowledgeable about our market. Kim seemed to figure out what we were looking for after touring just a few homes with us. Although the market was very active and the inventory was turning over very quickly, she showed us our perfect home on our 2nd day of tours and we put an offer in quickly. Kim gave us great places to start our bargaining and we ended up with a price that worked great for us. She led the way after we were under contract to get us the maximum amount of credits at closing. Throughout every step Kim was happy to text, email or talk on the phone whenever we needed and always answered promptly. We ended up getting a great house in a wonderful neighborhood in one of the hottest markets that I can remember and Kim made it feel like an easy, confident process. We both felt that Kim really cared about us and wanted to make sure we ended up in our perfect place.

When we were ready to buy again, there was no question I was going to use Kim again. Not only did she make the buying process easy for us, but also the selling process!
