She was on the ball the whole time, always prompt and very knowledgeable about our market. Kim seemed to figure out what we were looking for after touring just a few homes with us. Although the market was very active and the inventory was turning over very quickly, she showed us our perfect home on our 2nd day of tours and we put an offer in quickly. Kim gave us great places to start our bargaining and we ended up with a price that worked great for us. She led the way after we were under contract to get us the maximum amount of credits at closing. We ended up getting a great house in a wonderful neighborhood in one of the hottest markets that I can remember and Kim made it feel like an easy, confident process.
